Job Description

Hiring HR Executive/ Sr. HR Executive for a Healthcare BPO (Female Only)Should have Excellent Communication skills.Should have Experience into Employee Engagement & RetentionMinimum 2 years of Experience into Core HR is MandatoryEmployee Relations & Engagement:

  • Active participant in Employee engagement activities.
  • Employee Grievances/Engagements/Relations/Coordination.
  • Preparing Birthday Mailers or Festive Mailers to employee.
  • Employee Relations: Point person for all staff regarding HR Issues
  • Organizing Fun at work at Operation Floor
  • Staff Development Program for Employees like Training on Workforce Cleanliness & Hygiene
  • Safety, Soft skills for Business Development.
  • Maintaining Data Base of employees Information
  • Maintaining Attendance and Leave records
  • Taking Care of employee database, Issuing of Offer Letters, Relieving letters, PF, Medical Insurance, Back ground Verification Records, Exit Reports, HR Policies, other details
