Job Description

Position : HR Executive/Sr Executive Level : Sr Executive CTC : 2 - 3.5 Lacs Per Annum (Including 20% Variable pay) Based on experience Location : Hyderabad Experience : 1-4yrs (Minimum 1yr in recruitment) Qualification: MBA in HR/Any Degree with relevant experience Experience -2-3 Years. Job Roles:

    • End to End recruitment process
    • Identifying the cost effective means of sourcing to fill in the GAPs(Job portals / Postings /Social Media Head hunting).
    • Documentation
    • Prepare recruitment plan for the business units and support functions and ensures recruitment happens as per plan.
    • Vendor management and empanelment for recruitment.
    • Identifying the GAPs and recruiting as per the TAT.
    • Conducting preliminary interviews and coordinating with Business Head for final Selection process.
