Job Description

    Job Responsibilities:
    • Identifying future hiring needs and developing job descriptions and specifications.
    • Hiring experience majorly on NON IT sourcing, screening, hiring.
    • Collaborating with department managers to compile a consistent list of requirements. Attracting suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums, social media, etc.
    • Conducting interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions. Assessing applicants knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions.
    • Completing paperwork for new hires. Promoting the companys reputation and attractiveness as a good employment opportunity. Managing internship programs.
    • Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc.
    • Source and recruitcandidates by using databases, social media etc.
    • Screen candidates resumes and job applications.
    • Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting andselection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.
    • Assess applicantsrelevant knowledge, skills, soft skills,experience and aptitudes.
    • On board new employees in order to become fully integrated.
    • Monitor and apply HRrecruiting best practices. Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
    • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
    Requirements:
    • Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related (essential).
    • 3 +years of experience into NON IT recruitment
    • Work from home facility
    • 5day week
    • Should be flexible to work for Night Shifts (5 PM IST till 2 PM IST)
    • Opportunity to work with US based Company
    • Experience with NON IT Recruitment process
    • Work on Report analysis for recruitment.
    • Effective Talent Acquisition and people management skills.
    • The ability to design and implement recruiting strategies.
    • Excellent communication skills.
    • Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
