Functional application maintenance of GP&O systems and act as first contact for relevant suppliers. Ensure that the required level of expertise in the specific area is maintained. Ensure that the global standard processes, tools and documentation are maintained and adhered to. Deliver SME support in improvement projects. To stay updated on market trends/ developments related to the key area of expertise Reporting Prepare standard & ad hoc reports and deliver to customers on schedule with high accuracy. Answer inquires related to delivered reports. Execute control check on delivered report for data accuracy. Identify data issues based on own analyses and customer input from report to trigger data improvement. Store reports in a secured environment if required. Maintain reporting working instructions and quick reference card updates and publish them in the portal. Maintain BG/ BU distribution list up to date after approval from BG responsible approver. Provide operational support in own area of expertise in response to customer requests by handling Tier 2 tickets. Periodically review report content, layout, frequency etc. based on customer input. Analytics Responsibility of speed up report productivity and enhance report quality. Support define policy/ process of reporting request, define/ propose standard reports etc Identify the root cause of data issue and send to responsible work stream for solving. Maintenance of tables of BW. Able to write/ change functional requirement scripts and change request. Support and test new report in HR system. Collect report tooling issues and follow up to improve Capability to translate business needs to identify and aggregate right levels of information to diverse customer. Drive continuous improvement to optimize the reporting process. Provide various reporting system related training.
