Job Description

Ideal candidate should be anMBA / HRM degree holderwith of 6+ years experience in the field of Human Resources.Required skills:

  • 6+ years of relevant work experience which includes Talent Acquisition, HR Administration, Talent Management, Employee engagement.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Good presentation, data management and analytic skills.
  • Hands on with MS Excel, Word and Powerpoint.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of HR policies and labour laws.
  • Demonstrated highest level of integrity, intellectual honesty, and strong work ethic.
  • Consistent effort, intense commitment, and willingness to go above and beyond when needed.
  • Strong team player, taking ownership of tasks and ultimately focused on delivering results with high standard.
  • Partner with business to establish and evolve training team.
  • Lead the evolution of the companys culture and values
  • Manage the HR operations and administration of the organization
  • Design, launch and execute internal policies and processes
  • Spearhead the recruitment process and drive the staffing process (recruitment &on-boarding) ensuring a highsuccessrate
  • Play a strategic role in transforming the organization to accommodate the targeted dynamic growth
  • Manage employee records, leave management, performance management and end to end employee life cycle
  • Drive employee engagement activities to keep the workforce engaged
