Job Description

    Purpose Of Role:The GHR Time & Attendance function provides services to all employees of State Street globally. Services include consultancy, system implementations, process improvement, service transition, service delivery, risk management as well as project implementation & support where required.Senior Associate will primarily be responsible for assisting in the development & enhancement of Global T&As risk & compliance profile and control framework, with additional focus on process improvement of existing global processes, and where required, support on any T&A related projects.Specific Duties:Enhancing Global T&As Risk & Compliance Register, identifying key controlsDeveloping a process & schedule for the function to complete self auditsReviewing key service delivery processes & existing audit checks, making recommendations to simplify & improveProvide Risk Management support and expertise to other team members who are involved in system implementationsAssessing existing T&A impacting Controls currently owned by other GHR functions to recommend options for centralization or change of control ownershipProvide T&A analytical project support where required for T&A and Business driven projects acquisitions, staff transfer etcNotifying Global Head of T&A of Risk & Compliance issuesEngaging with other key stakeholders & partners to contribute to the delivery of the Global T&A strategyProvide administrative support on internal / external audits that impact T&A globallyIf required, own and implement T&A solutions in coutnroes where no solutions currently existWork Parameters Or Boundaries:Internal State Street Poland procedures & regulationsPerformance Planning and Review System (PPR). Specific Qualifications / Skills:Very good language skills in EnglishEnquiring mind and ability to investigate and problem solve,Excellent organizational and administrative skills ability to keep meticulous records,Ability to partner with others, and lead the conversation where neededDisplay a culture of ownership of tasks to embed a clear individual sense of accountability in performing the roleAbility to communicate confidently, efficiently and clearly in both written and verbal forms,Strong time management skills,Flexibility in re-prioritizing tasks,Good Microsoft Excel and Word skills,Ability to perform effectively to strict deadlinesCore CompetenciesGood numerical and analytical abilities,Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines,Excellent attention to detail,Good communication skills both verbal and written,Team player,Very good EnglishDispositionSelf-motivated,Enthusiastic,Self-reliant.Level Of Education:Bachelors degree- Legal, Finance, or Business related.Previous Level Of Experience:HR Operations backgroundTime & Attendance knowledge including working time regulationsProject involvement Workstream Lead or other equivalentKnowledge & experience of Risk & Compliance in a GHR function would be advantageous,
