Job Description

    Pre-Joining and Onboarding:
    • Manage all pre-joining formalities including salary negotiation, offer letters, reference checks, and candidate engagement.
    • Oversee post-joining activities such as onboarding, induction programs, and signing employment contracts.
    HR Systems & Compliance:
    • Maintain and monitor internal HR systems and databases.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies, internal audits, and statutory requirements (excluding payroll).
    • Prepare detailed reports on key HR metrics, including manpower analysis and employee attrition rates.
    Employee Life Cycle Management:
    • Oversee the entire employee life cycle, including probation assessments, confirmations, and professional development plans (PDPs).
    • Manage disciplinary actions, performance improvement plans (PIPs), terminations, and risk management.
    • Develop and implement workforce retention strategies and monitor staff wellness initiatives.
    Policy Implementation & Employee Support:
    • Act as an advisor to managers and employees on company policies and procedures.
    • Address employee queries and provide resolutions in a timely manner.
    • Communicate and foster positive employee relations through retention initiatives and engagement programs.
    Employee Engagement & Motivation:
    • Design and execute employee engagement activities to maintain high morale and motivation.
    • Monitor employee satisfaction levels and implement strategies to improve overall engagement.
    Administrative Support:
    • Provide administrative assistance in day-to-day company operations.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for HR and administrative inquiries for team members in India.
