Dear Candidates,We have vacancy for HR Executive/Sr.Executive/Am/HR AMJob DescriptionPOSITION: HR Executive/Sr.Executive/Am/HR AMJOB PURPOSE:To ensure good employee relations in North Region and supervise implementation of all HR processes and systems in North Regional operations.POSITION REPORTS TO:Assistant Manager -HRDIRECT REPORTS NIL<u>MAJOR KEY RESULT AREAS</u><ul><li>Responsible for HR Operations and documentation for Delhi and NCR.</li><li>Manage employee discipline and conduct open house.</li><li>Supervise and streamline the recruitment of Associates manpower in accordance with business requirements.</li><li>Guide & monitor the pre-deployment Orientation training of direct personnel.</li><li>Deal with inspections to be conducted by various government departments from time to time in Delhi and NCR.</li><li>Timely issuance of Advisory Letters for no info cases and intimate DHQ HR on time for separation.</li><li>Issuance of employee uniforms at local level and maintain adequate inventory of uniforms.</li><li>Issue warning letters as per management decision for Delhi and NCR.</li><li>Responsible for maintaining the statutory compliance across all the respective locations that includes interfacing with various government bodies as and when required.</li></ul>QUALIFICATION/TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE<em>Essential </em>Graduate/MBA(Human Resources)<em>Preferred</em>Work requires professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
