Job Description

    We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Non-IT Recruiter to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates for non-technical roles across various departments. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and ensure the recruitment process runs smoothly and efficiently.Key Responsibilities:
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs for non-technical roles (e.g., sales, marketing, HR, operations, finance, etc.)
    • Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract top talent through various channels, including job portals, social media, networking, and employee referrals
    • Screen resumes, conduct initial phone interviews, and coordinate in-person interviews with the hiring team
    • Maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs
    • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
    • Manage the offer negotiation process and ensure a smooth onboarding experience
    • Keep track of recruitment metrics and provide regular updates to the HR team and hiring managers
    • Stay updated on industry trends and labor market conditions to source quality candidates
    Requirements:
    • Proven experience as a recruiter(3 to 6 years), preferably in non-IT industries
    • Familiarity with recruitment processes
    • Strong understanding of sourcing techniques, including social media, job boards, and networking
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Experience in conducting interviews and evaluating candidates
    Preferred Qualifications:
    • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
    • Previous experience in recruitingNon-IT profiles (Retail, Sales, Tele calling etc.)
    • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with high-volume recruiting
