    Role Overview:As an HR Specialist with 3 years of experience in US IT Consulting firms, you will play a crucial role in managing HR operations at our Hyderabad office located in Manjeera Trinity. Your responsibilities will include leading end-to-end recruitment processes, overseeing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with internal and statutory requirements. You will be specifically focused on hiring US Bench Sales Recruiters and US IT Recruiters, along with managing day-to-day operations aligned with CST hours during night shifts. Your role will also involve tracking and evaluating employee performance, driving engagement and retention, and handling grievances effectively to maintain a professional work environment.Key Responsibilities:- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for US Bench Sales Recruiters and US IT Recruiters.- Oversee employee relations and ensure compliance with internal and statutory requirements.- Manage day-to-day operations aligned with CST hours during night shifts.- Track and evaluate employee performance.- Drive engagement and retention initiatives.- Handle grievances effectively to maintain a professional work environment.Qualifications Required:- Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.- Proven experience in HR operations within the US IT Consulting/Staffing industry.- Ability to maintain discipline, provide coaching and feedback.- Collaborate with management on HR strategy and workforce planning.- Flexibility to work night shifts aligned with CST hours is a key requirement for this position.
