Be responsible for the salary calculation every month. 2.Handle the entire life cycle of an Employee from on- boarding till separation, 2.Responsible for employee data maintenance, statistics and update. 3.Handle visa requirement for PAN india. 4.Responsible to provide insurance policy for the employees, keep touch in insurance company and provide services with employees if required. 5.Assist in employee engagement activities and ensure employee satisfaction. 6.Respond to questions and resolve issues for employee. Requirements Bachelor s degree, with human resources or related major. At least 3 + years as a HR role, 1 year in payroll calculation part. Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in an approachable manner across a Global audience.
