Job Description

  • End to end recruitment process.
  • Sourcing of profiles according to requirements.
  • Scheduling of interviews of the shortlisted candidates.
  • Following up the candidates until he is on boarded.
  • Good in communication skills and excellent attitude towards teamwork.
  • Facilitate problem solving and collaboration
  • Ensure discussions and decisions lead toward closure
  • Maintain healthy group dynamics
  • Expertise in Entire Recruitment Life Cycle from Sourcing, Screening, Selection, salary Negotiations, pre selection Process.
  • Preparing Daily, Weekly and Monthly Reports.
  • Arranged for walk-Ins and coordinating with Interview Panel.
  • Recruited candidates in Contract, Contract-to Hire and Permanent positions.
  • Maintaining systematic database of all candidates.
  • Meeting the numbers as per the target set by the reporting manager Mass Mailing & Job Posting on Portals
  • Obtaining feedback on the same.
  • Vendor Management
  • Coordinate with Vendor
