Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Managing end to end employee life cycle for the Business Unit (BU). Meeting HR and Business goals for the Company. Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation.
  • Develops contract terms for new hires, promotions, and transfers. Assists international employees with expatriate assignments and related HR matters.
  • Align business practice with people to drive effective performance.
  • Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
  • Driving organization wide end to end performance management cycle comprising career planning, appraisal workshops, appraisals & review, stratification of employees for BU.
  • Identify, analyse, scale and implement best practices suited for the organization through effective HR.
  • Develop effective partnership with employees, managers and ensure positive work environment. Create a robust employee network.
  • Work towards enhancing business performance through efficient business partnering.
  • Look for ways to proactively improve & enhance processes.
  • Evaluate potential employee challenges and address proactively to enhance employee satisfaction.
  • Create effective analytical tools & reports to analyse employee information.
  • Enable managers & leaders with proactive solutions to address people challenges and foster positive work environment
  • Identify HR intervention needs, create appropriate programs, actively participate in HR interventions & projects and ensure timely completion.
  • Manage available resources effectively and promote HR capabilities.
  • Collaborate effectively with all stake holders within HR organization
  • Strong Bias for Impact Based Action Machint works at a very rapid pace and this is what would be expected.
  • Passionate and driven by ownership across all facets of the job requirement including people, business, culture & leadership.
  • Develop, implement and participate in employee recognition programs and implement activities pertaining to employee engagement
  • Conduct E surveys, exit interviews
  • Employee relations: Handling critical incidents, managing escalations etc.
  • Work with the TA team to drive hiring and ensure manpower requirement is met as per AOP
Required Candidate profileMust Have Skills
  • Post-Graduation in HR preferably from Tier 1 institute with Minimum of 15 20 years of experience
  • At least 4 years of professional experience across each HR disciplines,
Including Employment, Benefits, Interviewing, workforce planning, Compensation, Employee Relations, Succession planning, employee Engagement, Training And Development, statutory compliance, workers compensation and conflict resolution.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Experience working with a diverse workforce.
  • Excellent time-management and problem-solving skills i.e., Effective organizational skills, attention to detail and resolving issues within TAT
  • Strong communication and influencing skills
  • Ability to comprehend, interpret, and apply the appropriate sections of applicable laws, guidelines, regulations, ordinances, and policies.
