Job Description

  • Technical Knowledge in the field of HVAC System installation, commissioning and servicing.
  • Should be able to handle techno-commercial activities of multiple HVAC project
  • Responsible for planning, installation and techno-commercial closure of HVAC Projects to the clients satisfaction.
  • Should be able to select and manage multiple subcontractors and able to get work done from them
  • Negotiate and order locally purchased materials required for project
  • Maintain customer satisfaction by investigating concerns, implementing corrective action, and communication with staff, as needed providing customer feedback.
  • Perform site surveys, assist in sales process, utilize project plans to schedule work sequences and document work on each job.

Required Education, Skills and Qualifications
  • Mechanical Engineer having very good or excellent knowledge of our Industry. From Start to the End.
  • Having Good knowledge of Air Conditioning, AHU, Air washers & Ducting.
  • Having Good experience of 4-9 years in the same filed.
  • Having Good communication skills, convincing & leadership qualities.
  • Having Good Knowledge of Computers, Internet, Office, Software, Auto-cad, duct designing, CFM calculations etc.
  • Having Good Command on English speaking & writing.
  • Having Passion to grow & a goal to achieve in life.
  • Having his own vehicle.
