    Providing Service Excellence to the customers, being a primary point of contact with proper support,response and communicationPosition Title: Service EngineerDepartment: Customer SupportLocation: HyderabadCommunication Skill : GoodExperience : 3 - 5 YearsAim & Role: Service Engineer with responsible of installation, maintenance, and trouble shooting of the product.Role is servicing of climatic chamber with refrigeration, electrical, mechanical and instrumentation works.Key Role & Responsibilities:Trouble shooting Refrigeration, Electrical, Mechanical oriented malfunctionings of the equipmentScheduling and completing AMC & Warranty schedules with adherenceWorking towards achieving KPI for breakdown time and payment collectionWorking towards obtaining appreciation from the customers through customer satisfaction surveyProviding training and demonstration of the product to the customers during installationUpdating reports and status of work in Companies Online portal on daily basisContributing towards generating revenue to the department with effective skillsITI /Diploma / B.E., in Mechanical or Electrical or Refrigeration and AirconditioningQualification & Skills:Technical:Salary bracket range per month: 24K to 30KCapable to understand Mechanical, Electrical & Refrigeration SchematicsStrong Refrigeration circuits & components oriented knowledgeAbility to perform Copper & Silver brazingCapability of handling various Refrigerants and Industrial gases
