Job Description

  • Project Role :Cloud Operations Administrator
  • Project Role Description :Work with the Service Delivery Manager to perform capacity management, billing/showback operations, and cost optimization activities across multiple cloud environments.
  • Work Experience :4-6 years
      • Key Responsibilities : a Must have Skills: IBM AS /400 Administration b Good to Have Skills: Should have sound knowledge on OS/400 administration, Tools hands on like Service Now, MIMIX, DBMOTO, MPLUS, BRMS c Certification on AS/400 admin side d Liaising with the customer technical representatives e Implement the changes as applicable, test the changes and handover to customer f Troubleshoot issues with OS/Backup
      • Technical Experience : a Must have 5 years of AS/400 system Operations/Administrator experience b Server daily health check activities c User profile and Security management d Job management, job life cycle, OUTQ management etc e Backups and other jobs for problem determination and resolution f Patch management g IBM supported network architecture and configurations - TCP/IP, SNI, SNA etc h hands-on experience working on HMC/LPAR Management i Restoration and BRMS, Tape management
      • Professional Attributes : a Good verbal and written communication skill to connect with customer at varying levels of the organization b Ability to operate independently in shift and make decisions with little direct supervision c Flexible to work in 247 environments
    • Educational Qualification : Any Graduate
