      • Key Responsibilities : Production Support - Should have knowledge on Incident / Request / Problem management related to IBM/RPG 400 tickets Should help the team in Design, Build and Test phases as part of enhancement work Participate in Design thinking sessions with business teams Should be responsible for preparing the technical documentation as required Prepare and execute testing
      • Technical Experience : Ability to develop, test, debug, and modify application programs or code using RPGIII, RPGIV RPG Free, CL/ CLP, DB2/SQL and RPG/ILE programming Proficiency in ASP, Java, C, HTML/XML and VB technologies, ERP applications; My SQL, DB2 and related databases; Windows, Linux and AS/400 OS
