      • Key Responsibilities : 1- Working with client on gathering business requirements and translating them to formalized design specifications 2- Design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements 3- Experience in BI Development, Management Architecture, Semantic Layer and Reports/Analytics Development 4- Should be able to take any Technical topic independently 5- Should have good idea of project Architecture/Performance Engineering / Scalability
      • Technical Experience : 1- Experience in loading various data sources like Oracle, SQL Server, DB2 and Flat Files into Datamarts 2- Experience in creating Dash board reports 3- Performance of tuning of Cognos servers and reporting BI Optimization
      • Professional Attributes : Good communication and team mentoring skill
