If you see your opportunity in complexity, then we are the right fit for you.Job Description Working as part of the DST IAM team responsible for the provision and de- provision of user access to multiple systems and applications ensuring contractual SLA s are achieved and where not possible, managing the message accordingly. To perform tasks relating to end user access, including user access provisioning, de- provisioning, and access modifications in various systems and applications that support the DST JML process. To Provide 1st and 2nd line support for incidents relating to IAM by taking ownership of problems, resolving calls logged with the team and assisting with proactive monitoring and daily checks to avert security incidents. To assist in the process of ensuring the IAM audit and regulatory requirements are effectively maintained and corrective actions taken where required. To identify opportunities to improve service, support operational processes and assist other teams to deliver optimal access management services. Primary Skills Hands on Identity Access Management experience Experiencing with creating/ managing groups/ user accounts within Active Directory & Exchange Excellent communication skills both written and oral Strong troubleshooting skills Comfortable working in a fast- paced, customer- focused organisation, undergoing continued change. Ability to communicate with the business to identify requirements or issues and plan for best resolution Experience working in a collaborative working environment where team work is essential in achieving corporate goals Flexible and able to adapt to new situations as the business/ IT demands Experience working in an environment where ITIL best practice policy and processes have been adopted Excellent time management and prioritisation skills A consistent attitude and respect for high quality standards and maintains this despite competing pressures DST is an equal opportunity employer and values a diverse and inclusive workplace.
