Job Description

Purpose of the role:

Prolifics is seeking a Developer with expertise in WebSphere DataPower to work with our clients on various engagements, across all industries. Individual must have excellent communication and written skills and should have experience interacting with key client stakeholders. This is a full time position within our organization and will require travel. Additional skills in APIc as a plus.

Key responsibilities

  • Experience with Web Services Proxy and Multiprotocol Gateway
  • Must have hands on experience with Security policy within DataPower
  • Must have knowledge of DataPower auditing and troubleshooting framework
  • Must be familiar with DP CLI
  • Experience with migrating Application specific objects, proxies and other objects between environments
  • Experience with automated deployments strategies with DP
  • Must have experience with version control and build management of DataPower objects
  • Must have knowledge of the SOMA interface
  • Must have prior knowledge of UDDI registry (preferably WSRR)
  • Must have extended knowledge of Web Services development knowledge
  • Must have extended experience with XSLT and Stylesheet development within DP
  • Nice to have
    • Experience with development and/or administration in other WebSphere products (IIB. Message Broker etc)
    • DP integration experience with Tivoli Security products (TIM/TAM)
    • Experience with ITCAM for SOA (DP)
