    • Learn and apply information from established research tools and databases to develop customized research solutions.
    • Triangulate data from variety of information sources to present accurate, relevant, and consistent information
    • Must have an ability to suggest alternate sources of data and estimation techniques to plug information gap in case of data unavailability
    • Write crisp commentaries and action-oriented takeaways of researched information to drive insights aligned to the customer objective
    • Adopt best-practices in stakeholder management through solid project management and exemplary communication skills
    • Present information in visually appealing format in power point / word / excel reports
    • Manage results in projects following the best practices in project and time management, while adhering to quality guidelines always

    • Ability to clearly understand the project objectives through effective listening, comprehension, and probing skills
    • Adept in conducting preliminary research to ascertain data availability and estimate time/effort. Use this as input for scope
    Secondary research
    • Ability to find information from authentic sources in an efficient manner. This would require,
    • Good knowledge of databases, public sources of information, and/or industry specific sources
    • Ability to validate/triangulate sources for relevancy and accuracy
    AnalysisAnalytical skills to provide actionable insights to practitioners. This will require,
    • Ability to generate insights based on collected information to answer the so-whats
    • Experience in processing information in compelling visualization within logical structure is preferred skill
    Business writing
    • Strong business writing skillsnarrative, appealing, succinct.
    • Adept at written communication with stakeholders in adherence to email etiquettes
    • Prior experience in developing customized reports for senior stakeholders is an added advantage
    • Articulate ideas and point of views in a confident and effective manner in client calls during all stages of the project lifecycle
    • Communication should reflect logical thinking and consultative approach
