Job Description

    *The Marketing Automation Specialist will be responsible for the creating, measuring, and optimizing of Marketing automation tools and their pipelines to assure accuracy and reliability of transferred data between internal and external systems.This role will require the ability to implement new functionality based on requirements, analyze existing systems for improvement, and provide technical support to identify and resolve system irregularities. The ultimate objective being an increase in leads, MQLs, SQLs, and revenue. In this role you will have the chance to help shape the digital customer journey within a Fortune 500 firm in the tech industry. You will leverage marketing automation platforms and other tools to build workflows for the global corporate marketing team, sales teams, and other internal customers throughout the organization. , *Qualifications
    • Experience in Marketing Technologies (MarTech) and orchestration of data for use in marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
    • Experience in CDP integration and automation. (Adobe/Tealium).
    • Understanding of adtech nuances with pixels, cookies, and identity resolution.
    • Advanced knowledge of web technologies, specifically cookies, datalayer, DOM, CSS, JavaScript, and tag management (Google Tag Manager, Adobe, Tealium).
    • Basic knowledge ETL/ELT and data engineering methodologies, for server-side streaming capabilities.
    • Basic knowledge of data privacy and regulatory standards for consumer data activation.
    • Experience working with APIs to collect/ingest and send data. Manage and optimize data transfers between CDP and source/destination systems.
    • 3+ years experience in CDP platform. Tag management, event activation, audience enrichment, audience activation, and 3rd party integrations.
    • Experience with marketing analytics - attribution, campaign tracking, and activation both client-side and server-side.
    • Bachelor or advanced degree in computer science
    Responsibilities
    • Work closely with Marketing and Sales teams to assess technical requirements and integrate 3rd party tools with CDP technologies (e.g., Web analytics, CRM, Marketing automation tools, etc.)
    • Configure and program automated data pipelines in CDP and Marketo to process, validate and transfer incoming data
    • Build connectors to transfer data between different Sales and Marketing systems
    • Diagnose and track down any functional issues to a root or functional cause, and resolve issues as needed.
    • Assists in requirement definition, documentation and solution design of integrations and the analytics data layer in support of new and existing web analytics and media measurement tools.
