This is a women-only position focused on managing HR operations, payroll, employee engagement, and internal hiring processes.Role Overview:We are looking for an HR Executive with 3 years of experience in HR operations, payroll management, internal hiring, and employee engagement. This is a work-from-office position. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and passionate about improving employee satisfaction and driving HR processes effectively.Key Responsibilities:
    • HR Operations: Manage daily HR operations, including maintaining employee records, updating HR databases, and ensuring HR compliance.
    • Payroll Management: Handle end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, timely disbursements, and managing salary deductions and benefits.
    • Internal Hiring: Oversee the recruitment process for internal roles, ensuring smooth candidate screening, selection, and onboarding.
    • Employee Engagement: Plan and execute employee engagement activities, such as festival celebrations, team-building events, and employee recognition programs.
    • Health Insurance Management: Administer employee health insurance policies, ensuring accurate coverage, claim management, and addressing any concerns related to benefits.
    • HR Reporting and Analytics: Prepare and present HR reports on payroll, attendance, employee satisfaction, and engagement activities.
    • Grievance Redressal: Address and resolve employee grievances to ensure a positive and supportive work environment.
    • Offer Letter Issuance: Draft and release offer letters for selected candidates, ensuring all details are accurate and in line with company policies.
    • Keka HRMS: Should have experience working with Keka HRMS tool for payroll processing, leave management, and other HR-related tasks.
    • Flexible Responsibilities: The responsibilities listed are not limited and the candidate should be open to taking on additional HR-related tasks or responsibilities as required by the organization.
    What Were Looking For:
    • 3 years of experience in HR operations, payroll, employee engagement, and internal hiring within an IT recruitment firm or similar environment.
    • Immediate joiners are preferred.
    • Strong knowledge of HR policies, payroll processing systems, and employee benefits.
    • Proven ability to plan and execute employee engagement initiatives to boost morale and retention.
    • Experience with Keka HRMS tool for payroll, leave management, and HR processes.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
    • Work-from-office role, so local candidates (Hyderabad) are preferred.
