Job Description

    The Deposit 2.0 team operates as an agile team within the Consumer Bank, sitting at the intersection of the product, business and technology. This role will work cross-functionally to deliver business outcomes while putting end users front and center.You will act as a feature product analyst and lead capability design and development for platform functionality that serves multiple client segments. If you have proven experience launching successful software products in dynamic, consumer-facing companies, passion for improving people s financial lives, the ability to craft and deliver creative solutions to challenging (but exciting) customer problems, then we are looking for you!Job Responsibilities:
    • Analysis of data and documentation of feature/capability processes
    • Partner with Design and stakeholder teams to understand and capture user pain points and needs
    • Translate product strategy and needs (e.g., customer, operational, organizational, etc.) into buildable descriptions and designs.
    • Execute the lifecycle of a story/feature - from creation to delivery and responsible for defining key product features, related epics and stories
    • Own your product backlog, prioritization of epics and management of your dependency sub-tasks
    • Maintain an ongoing deep knowledge of customer and user experience insights and journeys
    • In depth process design and re-engineering with core focus on simplification, data integrity, automated controls and operational efficiency
    Required qualifications, skills and capabilities:
    • 3 - 7 years of applicable business experience with demonstrated expertise in Product Development in Agile / Scrum team environments within Financial Services or Technology firms
    • Experience working with business application owners and development teams to document business requirements, lead scope definition, navigate technical implementation, end-to-end testing, and operational readiness.
    • Ability to document both business and technical needs including application dependencies and flows
    • Exceptional partnership and influence management skills with the ability to ensure results across a large number of matrix and dependency teams
    • Required Knowledge of scaled agility frameworks, eg JIRA, kanban methodology
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to shape demand and build effective, executable JIRA stories
    • Exceptional communications and presentation skills across multiple audiences at senior levels
    Preferred qualifications, skills and capabilities:
    • An intellectual curiosity surrounding new technologies, the industry environment, and enacting change at scale
    • BE/BSc/BCom degree or equivalent experience
    • Ability to interpret market trends and leverage customer-centric design principles
