Job Description

    *Job Description Innovation Lab of Process Automation is looking for a Technical Manager Mechanical Engineering who can enable innovation in the process automation industry. The role requires to work with a cross functional team to define and design the mechanical components for the process automation industry.Key requirements
    1. Experience in electro-mechanical, electro-chemical product engineering is preferred
    2. Experience with industrial field devices, instrumentation and actuators
    3. Ability to drive product engineering especially from mechanical engineering aspects.
    4. Working knowledge of ISO, CE certification, ASTM, IEEE and other safety standards related to process industry
    5. Working knowledge of mechanical CAD tools and practices (Creo, NX or Solidworks)
    6. Working knowledge of ANSYS, Abaqus or equivalent CAE tools
    7. Understanding of Systems Engineering and model based engineering is definitely an advantage.
    8. Knowledge of castings, moldings ,machined parts, fasteners, hydraulic/pneumatic components and assembly process.
    9. Knowledge of Hazardous Locations / zones, ATEX, NEMA, IP ratings a plus
    10. Experience in working with Oil & Gas, Petro Chemicals.
    11. Experience in plant design and engineering is desirable
    12. A team player and has ability to learn quickly
    13. Minimum of 15 years of experience in the mechanical engineering, product design, fabrication and quality control
    , *Educational Qualification
    1. ME/Mtech in Mechanical Engineering or related field
