Job Description

    * Job Description This role will require strong knowledge and content management skills. You will be responsible for Project Management, Stakeholder Management and People Management. The primary focus of this role is to provide exceptional customer service by delivering high quality on-time services, that keep the tools and offerings as the first choice for our colleagues and maintaining excellent relationship with US DAS team.You should be able to monitor Projects, ensure smooth operations, empower team, manage stakeholder expectations, address escalations, and prioritize work. Roles and responsibilities Content
    • Harvest targeted engagement and marketing content from multiple business areas with US DAS
    • Manage thorough sanitization/ cleansing of documents to remove any client s instances to ensure confidentiality
    • Responsible for overall content governance
    • Collect, review, deploy and publish knowledge capital to the relevant libraries/ repositories
    • Able to scope, lead and execute high complex projects with utmost quality
    • Manage stakeholder expectations by sending/ presenting insights/ periodic updates, offer possible solutions and organize calls as required
    • Suggest value-add improvements and best practices for communications and awareness channels including Newsletters and MS teams
    • Address and resolve service delivery issues/ escalations
    • Ability to work with and maintain strong relationships with multiple knowledge champions, global heads across countries, sectors, and campaigns
    • Build and formalize KM plans/ strategy which will tie in with the overall Strategy
    • Content gap analysis
    • Create dashboards and presentations for leadership, Knowledge champions and Marketing leads
    Portal & Tools
    • Act as site owner for USDAS sites across platforms
    • To support the features and architectural design of SharePoint 2013/SharePoint Online
    • Responsible for helping in development of proprietary KM tool; Collate agenda related to development, on-going issues, bugs and lead KM Tool development calls with Tech team, and create in-depth Minutes of Meeting
    • Ensure that the Portal/website is consistent with KPMG brand, usability, and consistency standards and that all related requirements are followed
    • Ideate, design, develop, and manage deployment of communications and awareness channels including Newsletters and MS teams
    • Develop and monitor usage of internal and external collaboration tools
    • Integrate and connect the content on various sites/ portals
    • Working knowledge of metadata and taxonomy application on various platforms
    Mailbox Management/ Data Concierge support
    • Provide oversight to email mailboxes (US DAS knowledge management) for content submissions, feedback, and requests, and processes requests/replies accordingly
    Process and Quality
    • Deliver ZERO error projects and adhere to first time right approach
    • Content gap analysis w.r.t. Process documentation
    • Lead process improvements in close coordination with seniors in team/ key project sponsors
    • Responsible for database hygiene including, quality assurance of the KM tools, regular clean up, suggesting continuous improvement and liaising with applications team
    • Review and provide developmental feedback on client deliverables, process documentations, Coach juniors
    People & Network
    • Develop and maintain networks within the Practice Group and across KPMG
    • Mentor/ coach junior team members
    Operations
    • Ensure Business continuity management, Attrition control, and Performance management
    • Ensure team is able to meet and exceed the KPIs (metrics, CSAT and QA targets)
    • A key part of the role is to manage and motivate the team
    • Performance management of team members
    • Provide formal feedback to team members after project closure
    • Be aware of performance highlights and issues of each team member
    • Be able to satisfactorily answer questions related to career pathing and growth - know when to loop in seniors
    Organization & Culture
    • Promote and build a knowledge sharing culture
    • Understand and be able to articulate the strategic direction and objectives
    Technical skills
    • MS Office
    • Proficiency in MS SharePoint skills managing lists and libraries
    • Implementation of SharePoint based workflow
    • Exposure and understanding of knowledge management concepts, preferably in other professional services/ consulting firms
    • Hands-on experience of Confluence platform
    , * Education / professional qualifications MBA/ Master s degree or equivalent post-graduation / diploma Prior Experience
    • 7-9 years of experience with at least three years of relevant Knowledge Management experience, in a similar role working for a large multinational company (experience in a professional services firm would be an advantage). The candidate should have an understanding of working in a Big 4 or other professional service organizations.
    • Hands-on experience of SharePoint Online and Confluence platform
