Job Description

Job opening for Immigration Specialist in HyderabadExp 6 to 9 yrsLocation- HyderabadJDMAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Efficiency o Managing business requirements diligently by sending frequent status updates to business SPOC and understanding the projections for coming quarters half yearly o Minimize business escalations by improving the process send frequent status updates to priority business accounts o Validating the vendor invoices for correctness eradicate duplicate invoices and follow up with finance for payments Effectiveness o Monitoring the SLA s both internal and external SLA as per the agreed norms and finding the root cause for any deviations o Manage monitor India Inbound requirements by ensuring timely FRRO registration minimum salary requirements for employment visas Internship etc o Collaboration with local HR for local hires service providers on status updates SLA monitoring delay in receiving the decision from immigration authorities o Regular communication with service providers to understand the immigration requirement changes in acts regulatory requirements and updating the SOP document accordingly and communicate the requirements to business on need basis o Process Optimization through continuous improvement programs by eliminating Non value add services thereby reducing the process SLA Compliance o Monitor and maintain the localization ratio for ME LATAM APAC regions as defined by the local labor authorities o Audit Preparedness by conducting half yearly mock audits of the assigned countries to ensure that all the data points are tracked to maintained for CG assignees to host country o Monitor and review the maintenance of all WP WP extension approval and RP card copies for all the assignees o Monitor and review Registration and De registration of RP work permit trackers and timely completion of de registration process with local authorities o Ensure there are no overstay illegal stay by the assignees in host countries o Ensure minimum salary wages are maintained for all the assignee travels as per the legal requirement of the host country and are paid salary as per the application Review maintenance of the minimum salary wage report for all the assignees vs actual paid o Business visa compliance monitoring validating the purpose and travel duration and maintenance of exception approvals for audit purpose People Management o Have regular meetings with the team members understand operation challenges guide them with appropriate solutions o Review team s performance on monthly basis and provide feedback Report MIS o Review MIS tracker for 100 data accuracy in all aspects on weekly basis AIMS SP tracker APRO o Monthly basis prepare and publish dashboard to senior management with data analysis o Provide WP status updates to business managers on frequent intervals as agreed with the stakeholders o Close monitoring of the extension tracker and ensure the extension are filed with authorities in timely manner without any slippages Quality Process Improvement o Review the SOP FAQ document for the assigned countries with detailed process SLA guidelines Guide the team members with necessary updation in these document as per the regulatory changes o Minimum 5 6 process improvements steps either in SLA reduction cost saving through continuous process improvements,
