Job Description

    Job descriptionRoles & Responsibilities:
    • A strong knowledge of procedural requirements for various types of nonimmigrant and immigrant visa petitions (H-1B/L1).
    • Knowledge and ability to prepare the I-29/H-1B application/ Immigration Support letters
    • Assist in preparation and submit petitions such as H-1B visa petitions and respond to RFEs.
    • Will prepare and submit labor condition applications, (LCA), and maintain public access files.
    • Will assist with immigration sites(I-94), USCIS.GOV
    • Will advise employees on H-1B/L visa application processes and rules/regulations regarding proper maintenance of immigration status.
    • Maintain a working knowledge of current US Citizenship & Immigration Services, US Department of State, US Department of Labor, trends, issues, and developments regarding immigration in order to incorporate professional practice/service.
    • Must have demonstrated ability to effectively manage a high-volume case load, prioritize and multitask with minimal supervisory contact.
    • Must be able to maintain records of Immigration related data for the company.
    • Interact with vendors/Clients in obtaining the supporting documents for the Immigration related requirements.
    Requirements:
    • One - three years experience in the field of immigration is required.
    • Prior experience in corporate immigration or academic institution strongly preferred.
    • Excellent organization skills/detail oriented
    • Must be able to work within a team based approach.
    • Must show initiative and ability to accomplish work independently with minimal supervision.
    • Must be able to instruct and teach other team members.
    • Must be able to work in strict time constraints.
    • Knowledgeable in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Immigration Tracker
