Job Description

DescriptionThis is an internal posting to the ConvertKit team. We will only consider current team members for this role.ConvertKit is delightful email marketing software built for creators. We help creators own their audience and turn fans into customers. For makers, authors, chefs, musicians, athletes, and anyone else making a living by creating the culture we all love, there isn t a better tool for reaching inboxes. More importantly, there isn t a team more committed to helping creators earn a living doing work that matters.We are looking for a talented Implementation project lead to optimize and drive product adoption via migrations. This position will report to, and work closely with, the Director of Creator Partnerships.Your day-to-day:

  • Program manage and personally handle customer implementations
  • Optimize existing migration processes, toolsets, and integrations
  • Partner with contractors and team members to complete inbound migration requests
  • Partner with agencies to migrate high-value or key influencer accounts
  • Optimize ROI of implementation services
  • Partner with Marketing and Sales to increase migration pipeline volume
  • Identify and promote product changes that facilitate reducing migration ETAs
  • Partner with Account Management and Product teams to execute onboarding strategy
  • Establish a project priority schema to prioritize and visualize project work
  • Functionally lead projects and act as a Program Manager
  • Develop, optimize and communicate KPIs weekly to team and management
, RequirementsWhat you ll bring:
  • 3-5 years in a project management role or equivalent experience
  • Two years or more in a consultancy, training, sales, or account management role
  • Experience working in SaaS
  • Familiarity with project management via tools like Basecamp, Asana, Airtable, etc
  • Collaborative mindset
  • Ability to optimize and/or develop processes that improve project SLAs
  • Experience with training mediums (demos, decks, etc.)
