Position : Imports & Exports Coordinator - Hyderabad Company : A US based MNC iron manufacturing company, India s backend office. Location : Hyderabad Qualification: Graduation in any discipline, engineering/science will be given preference Experience : 3 to 6 years of post-qualification experience in manufacturing set up . Salary : Rs. 5-6 L pa. Job Title: Imports & Exports Coordinator India Office Qualifications/Skill/Job Requirements: Experience: This position requires 3 to 5+ years international trade experience managing - import/export. Knowledge of compliance programs in US preferred. Certification: In International Trade preferred. Degree: Bachelors degree or equivalent English: Fluent in communication both verbal and written. Ability to write, speak, and present effectively and persuasively. Logistics: Should have through understanding of ocean (ship line) trade. Should have clarity on how the import/export process of goods flow from start to finish. Should have a general understanding of various modes of business transportation - Ocean, Road & Air. Operations mindset. Must be able execute in Real Time. Must have ability to plan and execute. Leadership & Interpersonal skills . Self-Starter: Should be able to start and complete projects to make a difference in the functioning of the business. Ability to work with minimal supervision in a high-energy, goal-oriented environment. Team Player: Knowledge/experience working in a team environment. Communication: Effective verbal and written communication skills. Listening skills: Able to interpret both the verbal and non-verbal messages sent by others. Negotiation: Working with others to find a mutually agreeable outcome. Decision making: Exploring and analysing options to make sound decisions Problem solving: Working with others to identify, define and solve problems. Follow-up: To take a project to the finish line. Take an issue to resolution. Analytical and independent thinking. Roles and Responsibilities - Support staff: Role: Support Staff for Import, Export, Brokerage and Compliance Department (in Houston). ERP (SyteLine): Maintain and update data in SyteLine (our ERP). Experience with utilizing databases in SyteLine. Pro-active: Demonstrate ability to deliver innovative and practical solutions in the supply chain / logistics issues. Skills: Computer skills: Data entry efficiency and expertise. Should have basic computer Microsoft Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Internet - Find information: which is relevant to the day to day business requirements. MS Office Applications: Strong experience and knowledge of Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint. ,
