Job Description

As a member of our Infrastructure Development team, you will dive right into creating innovative solutions that advance businesses and careers. You ll join an inspiring and curious team of technologists dedicated to develop and deploy large scale infrastructure solutions that supports JPMC s diverse and critical businesses. You will be using the latest technologies, data management and security practices in all aspect of software development. Critical thinking, clear communication and collaboration are key to successful product delivery.The role of an Infrastructure Developer is to develop high impacting software solutions for our clients and enhance our custom applications built in-house and continue to automate the testing and releasing of applications into production. This role requires front to back development and DevOps experience to support all applications related to Enterprise Video products. This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:

  • BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
  • Software development experience in two or more general purpose programming languages: C# (must), JavaScript, AngularJS or Vue JS, NodeJS
  • Experience with developing frameworks that helps increasing developer and release velocity, improving code health and technical standards
  • Understanding cloud, APIs, and modern software languages
  • Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills with clear communication
  • Ability to collaborate with different roles to achieve common goals
  • Experience with Git Bitbucket JIRA
  • Agile framework experience and application of best practices in a professional environment
  • Technical knowledge of Multimedia products/services is PLUS
  • Advanced experience working with two or more from the following: Web Application Development, MS SQL Database, Windows Server Environments, Distributed and Parallel systems, Information Retrieval, Networking, Large Scale Software Development, Security Software Development
  • Experience in end-to-end systems Automation and Orchestration
  • Experience with video conferencing, web conferencing, digital signage, Live Webcasting, Video on Demand and IPTV platforms is beneficial
