Job Description

  • BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
  • Proficient knowledge in the following key areas: Hardware Architecture (performance testing, monitoring, operations), Hardware Benchmarking (program management, network management), Design (compliance, security), Network Engineering (planning, provision)
  • Knowledge of one specific infrastructure technology and basic programming languages or database management systems (Java, PERL, Python)
  • Intermediate understanding of LOB technology drivers and their impact on architecture design
  • Knowledge of more than one specific infrastructure technology
  • Thinks creatively to deliver solutions through continuous improvement
  • 8+ years of experience delivering data center infrastructure products and services (server, storage, and networking).
  • Experience and exposure of working in an AGILE environment.
  • Knowledge of Dev-Ops environments and desire to operate in a firm that is transforming to a Dev-Ops environment.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in managing and coordinating projects and technical resources.
  • Intermediate experience with multiple operating systems including Redhat Linux, Microsoft Windows, and VMware ESX
  • Intermediate experience with VMware Virtual Center and VM administration
  • Hardware Benchmarking (Agile, program management, network management)
  • Knowledge of automation skills like Python, scripting languages.
  • Understanding of a production environment.
