Crucially, however complex the question, they re ready to deliver technical solutions to meet customers needs via phone, chat, web or email.Join us as an Inside Product Specialist on our Inside Sales team in Hyderabad to do the best work of your career and make a profound social impact.What you ll achieveManage the Enterprise Business of a Sales Team - managing the leads/activities of Account Managers to deliver the Enterprise Sales Number. This role involves profiling / quoting / closing enterprise sales opportunities and supporting team members to become more proficient at selling Servers, Storage and Services. Responsible for the Enterprise business for respective team. Identify teams strengths and weaknesses and implements appropriate action plan. Design, and deliver responses to ad-hoc training requirements as requests arise.You will:

  • Design enterprise solutions that meet the required customer needs
  • Identify and influence customer key decision makers
  • Possess excellent consultation skills
  • Qualify customer needs / profiling
  • Have a good understanding of product marketing process and 3rd level qualification in a technical course such as Computer Science

  • At least 5-8 years of strong previous experience in a Technical Sales Role
  • Good written and presentation skills with an excellent understanding of Dells Enterprise proposition
  • Utilize strategic probing to identify, evaluate, and recommend highly complex alternative technology solutions(Storage)
  • Proven thorough knowledge of Dell products, services and Sales process
  • Advanced understanding of subject matter.Organize senior internal/external resources in response to, and in anticipation of customer needs.
  • Maintain relationships at executive management and departmental levels to lead to new business opportunities.
Desirable Requirements
  • Graduation is mandatory, preferably in the field of Computer Science
  • Experience working in a sales environment and in a technical role that shows knowledge of multi-platform hardware and software solutions
