Job Description

    Lead Generation (Cold Calling)
    • Perform cold calling to generate new leads from provided databases.
    • Identify potential customers and introduce company products/services.
    • Build initial interest and qualify prospects.
    Lead Conversion & Follow-ups
    • Convert leads into qualified opportunities through continuous follow-ups.
    • Maintain regular communication with prospects via calls, emails, and messages.
    • Address customer queries and objections effectively.
    Appointment Scheduling
    • Fix meetings and appointments for the sales team with potential clients.
    • Coordinate schedules and ensure timely follow-ups for confirmations.
    • Maintain a pipeline of scheduled discussions.
    CRM & Data Management
    • Update lead details, call logs, and follow-up status in CRM systems.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions.
    • Track lead progress from initial contact to conversion.
    Participation in Events & Webinars
    • Support and participate in marketing events, campaigns, and webinars.
    • Engage with participants and generate leads from events.
    • Follow up with event/webinar attendees for conversions.
    Sales Coordination
    • Work closely with field sales/marketing teams for lead handover.
    • Ensure smooth transition of qualified leads for closure.
    • Provide feedback on lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
    Performance Tracking & Reporting
    • Track daily calling activities and conversion metrics.
    • Share reports on leads generated, conversions, and appointments fixed.
    • Continuously improve approach based on performance insights.
