    Roles and ResponsibilitiesWork with Subject Matter Experts (SME) and identify target audience s training needsGather and review the curated content from the SMEs/clientCreate High-level Design DocumentApply Bloom s levels of learning when stating course objectives and creating content that matches themCreate and review visual storyboards with engaging learning activities and compelling course content that enhances retention and transfer for ILTs and WBTsStateinstructionalend goals and create content that matches themVisualizeinstructionalgraphics, the user interface and the finished productConductinstructionalresearch and analysis on learners and contextsApply testedinstructionaldesign theories, practice and methodsProvide exercises and activities that enhance the learning processCreate and review supporting material/media (audio transcript, video transcript, simulations, role plays, games, etc.)Create accessibility compliant content for coursesCreate content for emerging media technologiesDecide on the criteria used to judge learner s performance and develop assessment instrumentsAuthor WBTs using authoring tools like Storyline 360, Rise, Captivate, GoMo (optional)Apply responsive design knowledge across projects to drive content shaping in case of complex/robust contentMaintain project documentation and course folders (course index - complete record of a course - for media or any assets - complete record of the asset)Create prototypes (even rapid prototyping) to make the discussions more focused and constructiveCoordinate with project development team Ability to provide consultation on suitable solutions and realize benefits of such transformations,
