Description : Performing the full audit cycle including risk management and control management over operations effectiveness, financial reliability and compliance with all applicable directives and regulations Determining internal audit scope and developing annual plans Obtaining, analyzing and evaluating accounting documentation, reports, data, flowcharts etc. Roll out plan with the department Execution of the internal audit plan to ensure integrity of internal systems and processes Responsible for recruitment, retention, skill development, growth and satisfaction of team. Ensures continuous improvement of risk management and internal control processes in- order to reduce operational risk faced by the organization. Develops, implements and maintains internal controls checklist Periodical reporting to the Management and interested stakeholders including Business partners and Board. Understand all potential risks to the Company s business operations Required skills: Must be from Micro Finance / Banking / NBFC back ground. Must have knowledge on Audit practices and able to identify fraudulent practices. Possess good writing, communication and presentation skills. Strong analytical skills and data- driven thinking. Good Communication Skills. PGDBM or MBA will be preferable.,
