Job Description

Job Title : Internal Auditor ,HyderabadCompany & Location : Our Esteemed infrastructure companyExperience :3 + Years

  • Take care of Internal Audit In infrastructure companys
  • Conduct internal audit for all our plants at across India.
  • Verification and finalization of monthly Cost Sheets of plants.
  • Preparation of Product Costing, project costing & Tender Costing.
  • Preparation of Analysis for standard budget Vs actual budget.
  • Vouching of Cash, Bank, Journal Vouchers.
  • Verification of Purchases & Work Orders.
  • Verification of different types of agreements entered the company with other contractors (Labour, Hire, Transporters, Rents and others).
  • Verification and maintenance to without effecting the statutory compliance like Excise, Service tax, VAT, CST, TDS, PT, GST.
  • Verification and Preparation of the inventory ageing analysis & Reconciliations of inter plant transfers.
  • Verification of the man power records of employees (Like. Pay sheet along with attendance registers, Leave applications, OD forms, OT Payments).
  • Physical Verification of Inventory and Finished Goods.
  • Preparation of Audit Reports and Annexure and same to submit to HOD.
  • Contribute annually to budget development and strategic planning processes.
  • Reviewing financials on a daily basis during the month-end period and reporting issues to finance.
  • Revenue reconciliation for every Quarter.
  • Willing to travel to Sites
