Job Description

    We are hiring exclusively for the International Chat and Email Medical operations support Immediate joiner onlyRoles & Responsibilities:
    • Extensive medical analysis of past and current medical treatment for injured individuals.
    • Draft comprehensive medical chronologies detailing treatment dates and relevant medical information.
    • Ensure accuracy and completeness of medical summaries.
    • Research and decode medical abbreviations found in records.
    • Replace abbreviated terms with their corresponding unabbreviated forms in chronologies.
    • Conduct quality assurance checks to maintain accuracy and precision in medical documentation
    Eligibility Criteria:
    • 2 years experience in nursing, counseling, or related medical field, with expertise in preparing medical chronologies.
    • Proficient in analyzing medical records, bills, and related documents to support personal injury claims.
    • Meticulous attention to detail in information analysis and presentation.
    • Strong writing and grammar skills.
    • Efficient work ethic with a commitment to meeting deadlines.
    • Open to feedback and continuous improvement.
    • Understanding of personal injury law and how medical information applies.
    • Basic understanding of customer service.
    • Flexible to provide support via chat and email.
    • Full-time office-based position with willingness to work 24/7 shifts, including nights and rotations.
