    • Typing Speed - 30WPM
    • Excellent communications
    • International Chat Process Experience (preferred)
    Roles and Responsibilities:* Interact with international customers via chat and email to provide information about products and services.* Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges.* Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries,* complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken. Process orders and billing.* Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers requests.* Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation.Desired Candidate Profile:
    • Excellent written communication skills in English (grammar, tone, and clarity are essential).
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
    • Good interpersonal skills with a customer-first approach.
    • Prior experience in international voice/chat/email support will be an added advantage.
