    • Interaction with the customers and handle all the issues from end to end via Chats, Emails and Voice communication
    • Go to the extra mile to engage customers in solving the issues and ensure customer satisfaction
    • Quick and effectively buildthe rapport with the customers, diagnose and resolve issues
    • Managing customer expectations regarding estimated response times
    • Pitching the customers to buy the products (upselling)
    Key Skills:
    • Candidates with a good understanding of Ecommerce websites.
    • Possessing good verbal, written communication and comprehensionskills
    • Good Team player and exceptional Typing speed
    • Excellent Interpersonal, Convincing and Intrapersonalskills
    EligibilityCriteria:
    • Only graduates are preferred
    • Sales experience is must
    • Minimum 6 Months work experience intosales domain
    • Immediate Joiners preferred
    • Willing to work in rotational shifts ( Mostly Night and Late Night shifts )
