This role is ideal for professionals with excellent communication skills and prior experience handling international customers, preferably within the banking or financial services domain.Key Responsibilities
    • Manage inbound and outbound calls, chats, and emails for international banking customers.
    • Assist customers with account-related queries, transactions, cards, online banking, and general service requests.
    • Resolve issues efficiently while adhering to banking policies, security standards, and compliance requirements.
    • Accurately document customer interactions in CRM or ticketing systems.
    • Escalate complex or sensitive cases to relevant internal teams when required.
    • Maintain high standards of service quality, professionalism, and customer satisfaction.
    Required Skills & Experience
    • Minimum 1 year of experience in International Customer Support (banking domain preferred).
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
    • Sound understanding of basic banking operations, customer verification, and service protocols.
    • Ability to handle international customers with professionalism, patience, and clarity.
    • Willingness to work night shifts or rotational shifts.
    • Immediate joiners will be given preference.
