Job Description

    Job Posting: International E-Commerce Chat ProcessPosition: International E-Commerce Chat Process Work Schedule: 5 Days a Week (2 Week Offs)Location: Work from OfficeInterview Timing: 11 AM - 4 PMKey Responsibilities:
    • Handle chats & Mails related to e-commerce services.
    • Provide excellent customer service and support to international clients.
    • Resolve queries and issues efficiently and effectively.
    • Maintain high levels of communication and professionalism.
    Requirements:
    • Minimum of 1 year of experience in an international voice process.
    • Excellent communication skills in English.
    • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
    • Adaptability to a dynamic work setting.
