Job Description

    Company:Client of Obtenir Solutions Location: Hyderabad Experience: 0 to 3 Years Employment Type: Full-Time Shift: Night Shift (US/UK Time Zone)Job Overview:We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented individuals to join our International Non-Voice Process team. As a Non-Voice Executive at Obtenir Solutions, you will handle international customer queries via email, chat, or ticketing tools ensuring excellent service delivery without voice interaction.Key Responsibilities:
    • Respond promptly to customer queries via email and chat.
    • Handle international clients with professionalism and empathy.
    • Resolve issues and provide accurate information as per process guidelines.
    • Maintain data accuracy and ensure proper documentation.
    • Meet quality standards and productivity targets.
    • Collaborate with team members to improve the overall customer experience.
    Skills & Requirements:
    • Excellent written communication skills in English.
    • Typing speed of 30 WPM with good accuracy.
    • Ability to work in night shifts (mandatory).
    • Familiarity with computers and MS Office tools.
    • Quick learner with attention to detail.
    • Prior experience in a BPO/Non-Voice process is an advantage (freshers can apply too).
