Job Description

    • Gather relevant information and document customer interactions in the companys CRM system.

    • Strive to meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).
    • Ensure adherence to quality standards and follow company protocols during customer interactions.
    • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to customers when applicable.
