Job Description

    Tech Mahindra is hiring for International Voice Process!!
    • Excellent Communication in English
    • Minimum 8 months of Experience is required in International Voice (Inbound Calling only) on Paper
    • Candidates must comfortably work in night Shifts and Work from Office.
    • Candidates should be ready to join immediately
    • 5 Days Working (Rotational Shifts & Week offs)
    • Both Way cab Facility
    • 20K Loyalty Bonus
    Note :
    • Handling basic Customer queries related to Telecom Bills /Customer Resolution expert
    • Prior exp in Sales and Billing handling and resolutions
    • Should have excellent Communication / Interpersonal /Comprehension skill
    • Should have Basic computer knowledge
