Job Description

Immediate Openings for International Voice Process.Eligibility: 1- 3 Years experience in International voice process.Shifts: Night shifts & No Transportation but travel allowance will be provided.Work Location: Madhapur.Salary: Up to 16 K to 22 K take home after deductions (Benefits include Travel allowance, Fuel Allowance, Incentives, PF, Medical Insurance, Bonus and Gratuity)Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Advises customers by answering incoming calls; operating telephone equipment, automatic dialing systems, and other telecommunications technologies.
  • Influences customer to retain product or service by following a prepared script to give product reference information.
  • Documents transactions by completing forms and record logs.
  • Maintains database by entering, verifying, and backing up data.
  • Keeps equipment operational by following manufacturers instructions and established procedures; notifying team leader of needed repairs.
  • Maintains operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes.
  • Maintains quality service by following organization standards.
  • Maintains technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing publications.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Enter and update sellers information in the database
  • Handle grievances to preserve the companys reputation
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as customer care representative or tech support representative.
  • Proven track record of successfully meeting doubts and queries quota preferably over the phone
  • Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems
  • Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
  • Excellent knowledge of English

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good Typing Speed
  • Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
  • Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
