Job Description

    Job descriptionRole & responsibilities
    • Respond to customer complaints in a professional manner; attempt to resolve complaints successfully in accordance with established guidelines.
    • Support through Voice and Chat.
    • Candidate should have at least 6 months experience in International Voice Process.
    • Carry sales or customer support experience.
    • Previous relevant experience.
    • Ability to build rapport with the customer.
    • Ability to overcome objections and ask for business.
    Preferred candidate profile
    • Candidate should have excellent communication skills.
    • Candidates should have experienceat least 6 months of experiencewith International voice or relevant experience.
    • Any Sales Experience preferable.
    • Should possess effective written communication skills and comprehension skills.
    • Excellent Typing Speed: (At least 30 wpm).
    • Immediate joiners are preferred.
    • Should be a graduate(No UG backlogs & Not pursuing any regular studies)
    • Willing to work in Night Shifts/ Late Night Shifts.
    • Should be Flexible with Work From Office only
