Job Description

    Job description:Greetings from Intouch CX!We are hiring for the International Chat Process for Sales & Customer SupportWork From Office!Immediate Joiners are preferred!Office Location - Hitech City & KokapetAreas only under 30km Radius from OfficeNote - Candidate Should be in Hyderabad OnlyWork From Office & 2 ways Cab provided.Candidates who already have attend Interview in last 60 Days will not be eligible to ApplyRoles & Responsibilities:Support through Voice.Carry sales or customer support experience.Respond to customer complaints in a professional manner; attempt to resolve complaints successfully in accordance with established guidelines.Previous relevant experience.Ability to build rapport with the customer.Ability to overcome objections and ask for business.Key Skills:Preferred candidates with an understanding on eCommerce websites.Knowledge of mobile/computing products.Any Sales Experience preferable.Should possess effective written communication skills and comprehension skills.Excellent Typing Speed: (At least 30 wpm).Excellent interpersonal, intrapersonal skills, team player.Eligibility Criteria: -Graduation Not Required (No UG backlogs & Not pursuing any regular studies).Candidate should have atleast 6 months work experience in International Voice Process.Minimum understanding of Customer Service.Immediate joiners are preferred.Willing to work in Night Shifts/ Late Night Shifts.Should be Flexible with Work From Office onlyWork Location: Kokapet, HyderabadInterested Candidates reach out Just Drop your CVs & Resumes to WhatsAppWhatsApp No : Rajesh HR-hidden_mobile
