Job Description
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Understand customer s requirements including business workflows, functional and technical specifications. -- Should have Strong Technical Knowledge in the IT field. --Coordinating project schedules, resources, equipment and information - Recommend solutions and features based on the requirements for the client s market and guiding them on budget suitability. - Organize and analyze the requirement in detail. Prepare screen wireframes, user flow, and user stories. - Elicit customer requirements and prepare functional, business process and specification documents. - Consult with the Development team and prepare estimates for development and delivery time (and cost). - Assist the Sales team with technical feedbacks and help them create Business Proposal, Scope of Work Document, TM and Fixed Cost Agreement, Change Request Forms and Maintenance Contracts. - Attend all scrums, Planning sessions and retros as part of the product team to capture findings and resolve issues. - Manage the backlog of work to ensure the team always has an adequate amount of prioritized work per sprint and that the backlog is inline - Assist the business/testing team in UAT/functional testing. - Analyze change requests and create the Impact Analysis Report. - Involve in Multiple Projects from Pre-sales Stage up to Delivery.Requirements:
- 2-4 years of business analysis experience preferably in web development using open source technologies. - Impeccable written and verbal English communication skills. - Knowledge of requirement analysis, impact analysis, User interface design techniques. - Proven track record as a business analyst, dealing with all aspects of a successful product in the IT sector preferably in web development using open source technologies. - Strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking and willingness to assist the cross-functional team throughout the project development lifecycle from pre-sales stage up to delivery. - Technically sound with hands-on experience in web development. ,Keyskills :
