BA/BS degree and relevant experience., ODC Data Operations ManagerOracle Data Cloud (ODC), a leader in delivering powerful campaigns to top brands and media partners in the U.S. and abroad, is looking for a full-time Manager to add to our rapidly growing data operations business.As a member of our Data Operations and Audience Delivery Team, you will be responsible for ensuring the teams are delivering timely and accurate audience data using a variety of proprietary applications. You will work closely with internal and external teams to support the executing, quality testing, fulfilling and troubleshooting of our data products. You will support the team when issues arise and will work lockstep with our technical teams and clients to remediate and mitigate the impact of these issues. The most important characteristic of our Data Operations team is our endless drive to make our customers (internal and external) happy and to have fun in the process. Our job is to ensure that Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met or exceeded and to diagnose and resolve quickly when they are not. You will also have the opportunities to work with our development teams to identify opportunities to improve our data management processes.As a Data Operations Manager you will need to: Be able to communication succinctly across multiple levels of the organization Focus and prioritize on initiatives that support Oracle Data Cloud Possess the ability to think analytically have a proven ability to solve unclear, complex, technical problems Embrace a continually changing environment, and a want to drive that change Drive performance and expectations Drive appropriate recruitment, ensuring the employment of high-quality team members with a passion for excellence Define and implement alternative resourcing strategies to ensure full coverage during busy time Work closely with Human Resources to ensure the best possible relationship and care for Oracle employees. You must have:7+ years of experience managing a team of people preferred 7+ years of experience in a Data Delivery position SQL Knowledge (You must know joins, unions, sub-selects, grouping, etc.) Worked with large data set collecting, summarizing, and reporting Worked as Project Lead that spanned multiple internal teams BA/BS degree preferred.
